Preordered Pokemon box that never came and they stopped replying
On June 19th I checked in because that was 4 weeks. On June 23rd they said sorry and that they are working as fast as possible to get orders out. Then on July 7th I asked for another update and got no reply. I asked to cancel my order on July 10th. I sent another email asking for a cancellation. Then a third time today July 19th.
I am doing a charge back now because they are not answering emails and there is no phone number to call. I know at least 3 other people with the exact same problem. One person did get their refund though. I lost $168.49.
