Account hacked but they won't help because I forgot a birth date
My eFootball account got hacked. I sent them everything to prove it's mine - my Apple purchase receipts and the original email from 2023 when I created the account on My KONAMI. But they just keep saying no because I can't remember the fake date of birth I put in when I signed up years ago.
Their system sent me some automated reply telling me to log into MyKONAMI to fix it. But that's the whole problem, the account is compromised and I can't log in. I lost about $150 from this. It feels completely unfair that they block me even though I have all the financial proof and digital evidence. I just want a real person to look at my case and give me back my account.
