NO DELIVERY NO RESPONSE TO CHAT EMAIL OR PHONE CALL

two orders in May 2026. NO DELIVERY AS PROMISED WITHIN 2-3 DAYS.
NO EMAILS STATING SHIPPING DATES AS PROMISED.
NO RESPONSE TO CHAT, EMAIL OR PHONE.
WEBSITE TAKES MONEY ALL THE SAME.
CAN THIS BE A REAL HONEST BUSINESS?

Paid $253 for kosher food and nothing showed up

I ordered two batches of kosher food from Kosher-box.com, spent $253, and neither one ever came. I tried calling the number on their site, (844) 556-7437, but it just didn't work. So I looked them up online and saw on Trustpilot that a bunch of other people had the same thing happen.

Their website looks really legit, like a real business, with all these nice pictures and stuff. The babka bread said it was made fresh in NY, but there's no real address or location anywhere I could find. Just that NY, USA thing. I used my bank card for this, and I've been checking my account and so far no extra charges, thank goodness.

Last night they sent me an email canceling one of my two orders, but no refund or anything. I just don't want anyone else to get taken in this economy, so I'm reporting it.
