Facebook ad for Kpop figurines never delivered after two months

I bought some Kpop vibration suckers and figurines on March 25 from a Facebook ad for Kpop Vault. Spent about 50 bucks. Never got anything.

They gave me a tracking number but it only ever said label created. Never updated after that. I contacted them and they offered me a 10% refund and said I didn't have to return the item. But I never got the item in the first place so that didn't make sense.

It's been over two months now. Still no valid tracking and they won't give my money back. Their email is [email protected].
