Text about selling my property in Forsyth County that went nowhere

Back in December 2025, I got a text from someone named Krizza Vinluan. They asked if I was interested in selling some real estate I have in Forsyth County, NC. They asked about what improvements I had made to the place and said they were thinking about making an offer.

But no offer ever came. Then on May 20, 2026, I got another text from the same person asking if the property was still for sale. I just told them I wasn't interested in doing business with them. Felt like a waste of my time.
