Ordered from Krunexel and never got my stuff

I ordered from their website on February 20, 2026. Never got my merchandise. I contacted them and they said I would be getting a refund but I haven’t received anything as of yet.

Their email is [email protected]. I paid $49.00. Just want my money back or my order.
