Paid for prawns and then the website just shut down

I paid for the product on March 15. He kept telling me he was sending it, then he canceled Sunday night when I was going to see when he was sending. And now the website says they are closing. I have his email, [email protected], and an address in Anderson, IN, USA. I didn't lose any money yet but it feels strange. No company name on the website either.
