Ordered a motorcycle part and never got it from Ktmplastics

I placed an order for a motorcycle part from Ktmplastics.com. After two days I finally got a notification saying my order was being processed. Then I got tracking info and it showed the package was coming from China. The website never said anything about that.

After two weeks I emailed them at [email protected] and got no response. The tracking showed it moving through some site called track718.com. I emailed again after four weeks, still no reply. Now it's been over a month and the tracking says delivered but nothing showed up.
