KuCoin app charged me fees after freezing my account
I had some money in the KuCoin crypto app and then the US government sued them. So they froze everyone in the USAs assets. I just wanted my small investment back and they hit me with a $30 fee they never mentioned before. Never.
Then on top of that they charged me 3 to 5% of my investment in “dormancy fees” even though they were the ones who froze my account. I couldn’t do anything with my own money. This has never happened to me before. No business has ever held my money hostage and charged me random fees like this. I feel like it’s robbery and there’s nothing I can do. If they do this to 100 million Americans they could make over 10 billion dollars from these unjust fees. They took somewhere between 50 and 100 dollars from me.
