Subscription charge added without permission for a ball thrower

I bought a ball thrower for my kids from that site, kynvale.com. It was just the thrower, nothing else. Then a month later I see a charge for 57.00 on my card. I didn't sign up for any subscription or agree to anything like that.

I emailed [email protected] and asked for a refund. They said no. They just refused to give my money back even though I never ordered a subscription. It was just tacked on without me knowing.
