Kynvale keeps charging me $40 a month for nothing
When I contacted Kynvale they told me I joined automatically when I bought the Tee Popper. But there was nothing in the receipts or emails saying I agreed to $40 a month. And none of the emails had any way to cancel it either.
I asked them what I actually get for the $40 a month and they said nothing. So basically they just add a $40 recurring charge when you buy something and keep charging until you dispute it. Total I lost is around $160.
Website charged me for a subscription I never signed up for
I contacted them 3 times asking for a refund on that subscription charge since I never agreed to it. They refused every time. I just want my money back for something I didn't sign up for.
Website signed me up for a subscription I didn't want
I lost $176.40 total. I tried reaching out to [email protected] but nothing helpful came back. There was no clear warning that I was being signed up for anything recurring. It just got added on.
Now I'm out almost two hundred dollars for something I didn't ask for. I just want my money back and for them to stop charging me.
Charged again after buying tee poppers from Kynvale
Then last week I'm looking at my credit card statement and I see an extra $80.00 charge from them. I didn't order anything else. There's no phone number to call, so I emailed them about it. No reply. I sent two more emails after that and still nothing. Just ignored.
Subscription charge added without permission for a ball thrower
I emailed [email protected] and asked for a refund. They said no. They just refused to give my money back even though I never ordered a subscription. It was just tacked on without me knowing.
