Bought a toy and got charged for a subscription I never signed up for

I bought a tball popper toy for my son from kynvale. It was 39.99 and they threw in a free membership to their "dugout club." Nowhere during checkout did it say this was a subscription. They didn't send me any goods, any info, nothing about it.

It took me two months and 80 dollars before I realized they were hitting my card for this dugout club thing. I never got a single thing from it. Just a cheap toy and then a bunch of charges for a subscription I had no idea I was even on. This is ridiculous.

Bought a whiffle ball popper that broke and now they charged me

I ordered a whiffle ball popper from kynvale com and it broke right away. Just fell apart the first time we used it. I sent them pictures like they asked to get a replacement and never heard back from anyone.

Then I noticed a $40 charge on my account from them. I didn't sign up for anything monthly. I called the number on their site, (282) 494-5947, and emailed [email protected] but no reply. I reported it to my bank already. They are located in PA but that doesn't matter much. Just want my money back.

Signed me up for a subscription without telling me

I bought a tee popper from their website kynvale.com and the product itself was garbage. But the real problem is they signed me up for a subscription automatically without me knowing. I never got a confirmation email or anything telling me how to cancel it.

The subscription cost was the same amount as the tee popper I bought, which was like $57. So I basically paid double for nothing. No item, no benefit, nothing. Just a charge. I didn't agree to any of this when I made my purchase. It's a scam.

Dugout Club charge I never signed up for

I ordered a Tee Popper from their site and the Dugout Club was just automatically added into my order. I didn't join anything. About a month later they took out $42.50 for this club I never even heard of. They said they sent a booklet but I never got it.

I tried reaching out to them more than five times. Every time I got a reply saying someone would contact me in 2-3 days. That never happened. I also can't find a customer service number anywhere on their site. Then another month went by and they took out another $40 for this same "dugout club." This feels like a total scam. I just want my money back.

Bought something and got signed up for a $40 monthly club I never asked for

I ordered something from Kynvale.com and paid for it. Then I noticed charges on my card for $40 every month. They signed me up for something called the Dugout Club without telling me.
