Charged for a service but never got it and no one answers
So I gave my card details over the phone because they said that was the only way to book. The charge went through, and they told me someone would call me back to schedule. Nobody ever called.
I've tried calling the number back so many times. It just rings forever or goes to a generic voicemail that's full. I never got the service I paid for. Now I can't get a refund or even talk to a real person. It feels like I was just scammed.
