Got a weird call from someone saying I owe LabCorp money

I got a phone call from someone. They used my first and last name and said they were with LabCorp. They told me I owed money from before, even though I paid that off already. They said I owed $400.

So I called back later to ask about it. The person I talked to then acted like they didn't know what I was talking about. It was the same number, (283) 223-6667. The whole thing just felt off.
