Ordered pants from TikTok shop and never got them over a month later

I ordered a pack of pants from this laddermere place on the TikTok shop. They gave me a tracking number and it looked like it was on its way but I never ever got the item. That was over a month ago now.

I tried contacting them at [email protected] and no response. Their website is https://laddermere.com/ but its not helpful. They just wont give me a refund or tell me where my order is. I lost $29.99.
