Bought pants on TikTok that never showed up

I saw an ad on TikTok for a bundle of trousers and bought them. The total was $29.99. They gave me a tracking number that says it was delivered on June 19th, 2026. But it’s the 26th now and nothing has shown up.

I never got the package. The tracking says delivered but it’s not here. I don’t know what happened but I definitely didn’t get the goods.

Ordered pants from TikTok ad and still nothing after a month

I ordered pants from laddermere.com after seeing them on TikTok. It has been well over a month now. I contacted customer service multiple times asking where my package is and asking for a refund. They kept telling me I would get a refund but I never did, and they also said my package is still on the way. This website is a total scam. I lost $30.00.

Ordered clothes from a TikTok ad and now the site is gone

I ordered clothes from Laddermere. I saw it on TikTok and my purchase was done on April 28. I got a tracking number and everything. I was reviewing the tracking information and it looked like it was on the way to my city.

But then when I look at the tracking information it will not load anymore. And the website laddermere.com is not working at all. I spent 34.55 dollars. I just want my money back or my clothes.
