Ordered an indoor play land and never got it

I ordered the indoor play land from them and paid $44. I never got anything. No package, no tracking, nothing. I tried calling the number (929) 658-6621 and nobody picks up. I sent emails to [email protected] too but no one ever wrote back. Their website is https://www.facebook.com/ladyandpawsnyc and they say they are in NY. I just want what I paid for or my money back.
