Fake La Roche Posay website took my card info

I clicked on a website that looked exactly like the real La Roche Posay site because it was advertising a huge sale. The whole layout was very convincing and looked completely official. I tried to buy about $35 worth of products—stuff that usually costs over a hundred dollars. I used my Amex card first.

Then I got an email from Amex saying my card couldn’t be added to Apple Pay. I thought it was just a glitch, so I tried with my Discover card next. The site said it took Discover, but then it told me my card wasn’t supported. I tried a third time with my Amex again.

That’s when I finally noticed the actual website domain. It was Larochepesay.com, not Larocheposay. The entire site said La Roche Posay, but the address was wrong. I closed everything immediately. Now I’m worried they have my information from multiple cards. I don’t want this to happen to anyone else, and I’m paranoid my financial info is compromised.
