Raffle for a house that never happened and still no refund

I got involved with this thing on Facebook where a guy named Larry Robinson said he was raffling off a house. I thought it was legit because he is a local landlord around Springfield, IL. I paid $20 for a ticket or whatever.

Then he said he cancelled the raffle and would refund everybody in 2 days. That was a while ago now and I still haven’t seen my money back. No refund has been issued at all. I have no way to contact him about it. Just feels like I got taken.
