Got a threatening text message about a claim being filed against me

I just got this weird text. It says it's a final attempt to help me resolve something in their office before they approve filing a claim against me out of LaSalle County. It says to avoid an order against my assets.

It tells me to contact their office immediately at 520-675-1287. It even repeats the number: 5206751287. Then it says thank you.

I never signed up for anything from LaSalle County. I don't have any matter with them. This came out of nowhere and it feels like a threat to get me to call. I didn't lose any money but the text is really aggressive and it doesn't make sense.
