Paid $7,650 for laser repair and they never finished the job

I hired Laser Repair On Site back in March 2026 to fix some laser equipment on site. I paid them the full amount, $7,650.00, by check.

Their guy came out one time, messed around with it for a little bit, and then said he'd have to come back to finish it. That was the last I ever heard from them. I've called and emailed them multiple times and nobody answers or writes back.

I just want my money back since they didn't do the work. I've tried to work it out with them on my own but they just ignore me. So I'm filing this.
