Ordered a couch from a fake store and never got it

I ordered a boneless couch from lashauras.com and I still haven’t gotten it. I’ve emailed them at [email protected] but no help. Their phone number at (606) 707-2049 is fake and the whole store is fake.

It’s run through Shopify I guess. Their address is 8209 Foothills Blvd st A-184, Sunland, CA 91040 but I don’t think that’s real either. I lost $24 and want my money back but it seems impossible now.

Now that I’m reading the reviews I see I’m not the only person getting scammed by this site. Something needs to be done about it.

Ordered two products on Facebook, got charged three times.

I saw an ad on Facebook for lashauras.com and I ordered two products. Right after, I saw they separated my order into two different sales on my bank statement. Then there was a third sale that tried to go through. They took $38.72 from me. The email listed is [email protected] and the site says they're from CA. I only wanted the two things I ordered, not all these extra charges.
