No company contact info after being charged $550 for online subscription

I don't really have any info about this company. I think I clicked on a Facebook ad and the auto-fill did the rest while I was looking at the page. But I honestly can't figure out how they got my credit card number.

When I first saw the charges I canceled my card in December 2025. Then I had to do it again in March 2026. So far they've charged me over $550 total with these monthly fees. On June 10th 2026 I got a letter from my bank saying their investigation showed I failed to cancel the subscription. But there is NO contact info anywhere for this company. I only found the name LASTA FIT through a Google search just now.
