Got charged extra without my permission

I got a charge for $9.49 that I never approved. The money just came out. I don't know what it's for and I didn't agree to it.

The contact was [email protected] and a phone number 1(231) 625-4752. It feels like a fake bill. I'm in the United States. This wasn't supposed to happen.
