Got boxes of gloves we never ordered, now they keep billing us

We got a shipment of about 10 boxes of latex gloves that we never ordered. Then we started getting letters in the mail saying we owe nearly $4,000 for them. Now we keep getting letters, emails, and phone calls trying to collect this money. Every time we ask, the company can’t give us any proof or confirmation that we actually ordered anything from them. They just keep sending bills for something we didn’t ask for.
