Handwritten warranty letter with a sticky note and no return address

I got this letter in the mail about a home warranty. It had no return address on the envelope. There was a US postage stamp in the top right corner, and the address was handwritten. Inside the letter there was a sticky note stuck to it.

The name on the letter was “Laura Davis.” The zip code on the stamp looked like “60221” maybe. I didn’t try calling the number they listed, (877) 657-8750. Something felt off about the whole thing.

I didn’t lose any money because I just threw it away. But it was weird getting something that looked so personal but had no company name or way to send it back.
