Someone left a scary voicemail for my elderly mother about a lawsuit

I got a voicemail on my brother's phone. The caller said she was Laura Miller. The message was meant for my mother, who is 78 and has dementia. They gave a reference number, 2262533.

It was a formal notice about some non-compliance being filed. They said if the notice wasn't received by mail, to call the litigation office right away at 855-905-2577 to get a certified copy. They said the complaint could move forward legally in a day or two without consent. They also said they tried to serve court papers at my house.

This feels really off. My mother can't handle this, and we have no idea what this is about.
