Won $285 at LavishLuckCasino.com but they won't send the money

I was playing on LavishLuckCasino.com and I won $300. They took out a $15 fee, so that's $285. They told me the money was sent. I even sent them video recordings and they confirmed it was never sent to me.

Now they keep saying they're waiting for final approval from some department that can locate the funds. I've been hearing that for four days straight. And now they've just stopped responding to me completely. The email I have is [email protected]. I'm out the $285.
