Deposited money on a casino site and got no real help when I lost it fast

I put $5000 into this website Lavishluck.net and the money was gone in less than an hour of playing. I asked what was going on and nobody from customer service answered me at first. When they finally did get back to me it was just these generic scripted messages that looked like they were copied from other casino sites. They all said the same thing about “RNG” like that explained everything.

I used to work in a casino so I know it’s not just about RNG. There’s also RTP and when I asked them to tell me what the RTP was they would not give me an answer. I have asked for a refund multiple times and told them what they were doing was wrong. Now here we are. Their email is [email protected] and the phone number they used is 1(619) 919-6330.
