Bad customer service

Took over two weeks to receive the product. I accidently ordered two of the same item because there was no confirmation number given. When I saw that there was 2 different order numbers, I reached out through email to let them know to cancel the 2nd order. They responded back saying I would have to wait to receive the return information until I receive the product. I received the item and reached out again for the return information. I have gone through 8 emails and each time they try to get me to keep the item and not give me a return address. So I still have the item 2 weeks later and still waiting for a return address and number. They did tell me I would have to pay for return shipping. Oh, did I forget to mention that they also charged me more than my invoice was supposed to be for. Never again will I buy anything from this company!

Ordered lights from Laviski last month and never got them

I bought some lights from Laviski on February 27th. It's been over a month now and I still haven't received anything.

They did get back to me once before. They said the lights were still in transit from Queens NY to Hackensack NJ. But the tracking information doesn't say that. It just doesn't take two weeks to deliver something from New York to New Jersey.

Now Laviski has gone completely silent. I tried the phone number and the email. No reply. I'm out $120 and have nothing to show for it. The whole thing feels off.
