Paid a guy from Yelp for home repairs and he took off with my money

I found this guy on Yelp, he seemed professional enough. Had a shirt with a business name and business cards. He came off real charismatic but honestly he was conniving and sarcastic the whole time.

He demanded I pay him in advance through Cash App for home repairs. I sent him $430. After he got the money he just refused to do any work. No written contract, and turns out he doesn't even have a business license. So that fake business name on his shirt meant nothing.

His number is (347) 834-5430, email is [email protected], and he gave an address at 13214 Aqueduct Drive Apt. C in Newport News, VA. Don't let the act fool you, he's just a con artist looking to take your money.
