Phone call about debt collections with no real company name

I got a call from someone saying they were Tina about a personal business matter. She said her firm made several calls and needed to hear back from me. Then she said my account was scheduled for credit reporting. She told me to call back or go to www.lawsongrafton.com. She also said I could chat with an agent there.

The whole thing felt off. She said this communication was documented and they might take further steps and start skip tracing in my county if I didn't respond. She kept saying to do the right thing and handle it. The phone number was (434) 955-0163 and the email they had was [email protected]. I never lost any money but it just felt strange. No real company name was given on the call itself.
