Got a ticket after I paid for parking at their lot

I parked at their lot on 2061 Arapahoe Street on January 15th, 2026. I bought a day pass for $7, it was valid. But then I got hit with multiple citations anyway. They said "No Permit" and "Unauthorized Parking" among other things.

I looked it up online and a bunch of other drivers say the same thing happened to them. They paid for the pass and still got a ticket. I called the dispute line they have and left a voicemail explaining all this. Nobody ever called me back.

It feels like a pattern, not just a mistake. I just want this reviewed because it isn't right.
