Text message about my HOA right after they left my house

I had just had two people from my HOA over to look at a siding and drainage issue on my Duplex. They hadn’t been gone for maybe 20-30 minutes and I received the attached message. I checked and the message didn’t come from them. It was scary to think that this was just a coincidence.

It is down right scary that they have my name and address and phone number. The message came from a website lcbr.us and a phone number (866) 459-2112. I didn’t lose any money but it felt like someone was watching me.
