Phone call saying I am being sued over a loan I never took out

I got a call, and my husband got one on his phone too. They said LCS was representing Rushmore VIP Loan Shop and I needed to call 888-675-3527 about legal matters. So I called.

The guy told me I was being served for not paying a loan I supposedly took out on 5/19. I told him I never took out any loan like that. He gave me a bank name and account number where a $900 loan was sent and it wasn't mine. I don't have any account like that. He just said I need to handle it in court.
