Phone call about a debt with no mailed proof

Got a call from these people saying they were LCS Solutions. They said I had a collections bill that needed to be paid right away or it would go to civil court for malicious non-payments. They said my accounts would be frozen and garnished.

I told them no way, I want a bill or invoice mailed to my house first. They refused to send anything. So I refused to pay.

Then they called again but this time as H.C. Solutions. I asked again for something in the mail. The guy said he was the "owner" and started yelling at me and my wife. I just laughed and hung up.
