Facebook ad for leafyladder.com took my money and never sent anything

I ordered something from leafyladder.com because I saw their ads all over Facebook. They took my $300 and gave me an order number. That was it. Never got the product.

I emailed them since that's the only way to contact them. They wrote back saying sorry and they'd look into it. But nothing happened. They even made a fake USPS tracking number to make it look like they shipped it. Weeks went by and nothing ever got sent.

American Express helped me get my money back thank God. But stay away from leafyladder.com they are a scam.
