Ordered a wedding dress and got a completely different cheap item
I ordered a dress from Leely for a wedding I was going to. Their website shows all these nice styles and says they sell quality formal attire. What showed up was nothing like the picture. The fabric felt like the cheapest stuff I have ever seen, the cut was totally wrong, and it was way too small. None of the details from the website were on it.
So I tried to contact them about a refund. They said I could either take a "store credit" for less than 20% of what I paid, or I could ship the dress back for "inspection" first. But I would have to pay for return shipping and a restocking fee too. Then the address they gave me for the return was not even valid.
I spent $139 on this. Their phone number is (861) 893-6096 and the website is leely.com. It really feels like they just sell fake pictures and then make it impossible to get your money back.
