Voicemail about a court date for a loan I never took out

I got a voicemail from someone saying they were Legacy Litigatoon Group. They said I was being sent to court for a loan with VIP Loan Shop from back on 10/6/2014. I have no idea who that company is. I never got any notices about this before.

When I called them back the guy was really aggressive. He kept cutting me off when I tried to ask questions. He said I am being summoned to court in 2 days because I did not respond. I asked for a copy of the original loan agreement and he said I would get it with the summons. I looked up VIP Loan Shop and it says in California they were ordered to stop. I do not think this is real because they claim they sent me notices but I never got anything.
