Urgent call about a civil complaint with no company name

I got this call from someone named Crystal. She said she was calling from legal carrier services about a civil complaint getting filed against me. Something about Jefferson County and a 30 day notice I didn't respond to.

She said I need to call 888-601-1054 and give them my document ID number CB 199041. Said the documents are time sensitive and I need to deal with it right away or they'll take legal action without me even knowing.

It just felt off. No real company name I could look up, just "legal carrier services." And the whole thing sounded really urgent but also really vague. I didn't lose any money but I wanted to report it anyway.
