Urgent voicemail about a summons with a case number

I got this voicemail left on my phone. It was some woman named Miss Beeson saying she was an appliance officer with legal courier services. She said there was a pending summons and background investigation against me, Sherry Whitick. She got my name wrong by the way.

She said I had to call 951-737-3895 right away and reference case number 235-06684. If I didn't call today, she said documents would be filed and field agents would come to my house and my job. She kept saying failure to respond would mean an order of noncompliance. The whole thing felt really off. No real company name on the caller ID, just a phone number.
