Email and calls about my timeshare for a Hilton merger

I got this email and then some phone calls from someone saying they needed my Royal Solaris Resorts timeshare because of a merger with Hilton Grand Vacations. They said owners would get paid more than market value for their ownership. They wanted my contract number, the names on it, and the date it was issued for some property evaluation.

The email mentioned a bunch of well-known companies and past deals to make it sound real. They kept telling me to contact them right away. It just felt off. I didn't send them anything but I'm worried others might. They used a website legalgrowthinc.com and an email [email protected]. Their phone number was 1(646) 971-0986. Address they gave was 405 Lexington Ave in New York.
