Voicemail saying final notice about certified legal mail delivery

Got a voicemail from someone named Emma saying she was from Legal Mail Services. Said they tried to deliver certified legal mail and something about proceeding without my consent. It was a final notice about updating my address.

They gave me 24 hours as a courtesy hold. The number was (877) 635-8179. Sounded like a scam to me. I didn't lose any money but it felt strange.
