Got a scary voicemail about a legal matter tied to my social security number

I just got a really concerning voicemail from a guy named Ryan at 331-240-4599. He said he's with Legal Matter Services. He left this long message saying he has a pending legal matter tied directly to my social security and my ID.

He said the paperwork requires me or a responsible adult from my residence to call him back. He mentioned the holidays are coming up and he wants to give me a chance to make a statement, or he'll be forced to sign off on my behalf. He said he's concerned about maintaining my privacy.

The whole thing felt off. He said he was only taking a 30 minute lunch and to call back and ask for Ryan. I never signed up for anything from this "Legal Matter Services" and I don't know what he's talking about. It was just a scary, unexpected voicemail.
