Getting repeated calls about a fake legal case and claim

I keep getting calls from this number 866-264-2981, they say it's Legal Services. They call from different numbers, the latest one was 564-214-5106, but the message always tells you to call back at that 866 number.

The message is always the same script. It says it's an important message for me about potential proceedings with their firm. It tells me to press one. It says they've made several attempts to reach me at an address on file and now my claim is red-flagged and needs immediate attention. They tell me to contact the firm at that 866 number and reference a file number. Sometimes they give a fake file number, sometimes no number at all.

It's clearly a scam. They're trying to phish for information or scare people. I never signed up for any claim or legal case with them. They just keep calling.
