Intake specialist hung up when I asked to remove my data

So I got this card in the mail from Lemon Defenders. It said to call 1(866) 788-5221 and ask for Sarah Ford for help with my car. I called and she took my vehicle info but the whole thing felt weird and abrasive from the start. I realized something was off and told her I didn't want to give more info. She said "cool" and hung up on me.

I called back twice. Both times Sarah answered and hung up again after I asked her to remove my personal data because I don't consent to them having it. She just talked over me and said she couldn't remove it. There's no info about this company online, no way to talk to anyone else. Just one intake person. I didn't lose any money but I feel stupid for giving them my car details.
