Bought a jacket online and never got it, now they're gone

I bought a jacket I saw on Facebook. The company was called Lena James Hampton, from their website lenajameshampton.com. I paid with my credit card, it was $49.99. I got a confirmation email and even a shipping number to track it.

I never got the jacket. The tracking never updated. I tried to contact them at their email, [email protected], but got nothing back. Now it seems like the whole thing just disappeared. They were a fraudulent company. The real Lena James Hampton company isn't connected to them at all.

Ordered a jacket over a month ago, never got it and now the email doesn't work

I bought a quilted jacket from the website lenajameshampton.com. Right after, I got a confirmation email for my order. But then days and weeks went by and I started getting other emails. They were talking about delays and saying they needed to find a replacement item.

It's been a month and a half now and I still haven't received my jacket. I tried to contact the customer service email, [email protected], but it just says the email address isn't found. I paid almost $50 and have nothing to show for it.

Paid for a coat and never got it, can't reach anyone

I paid for a coat through Lena James Hampton and my card was charged $98. The charge went through something called lenarose.hampton in Hoorn, NL. I never received the coat. I've tried to contact them numerous times, but the only thing I have is an email address: [email protected]. I emailed but got no reply. Their website is lenajameshampton.com. Can you assist please?
