Paid for a sweater from an online ad and never got it

I saw an ad on Facebook for a sweater from “Lena & James” and I bought it on December 31, 2025. I paid $45.95. I got a payment confirmation from my credit card and from their website, lenajameshampton.com. It had a confirmation number and said my order was paid for.

But the sweater never shipped. I never got it. I tried to look up the company. Their address is listed in the Netherlands. I found an email, [email protected], but I haven’t been able to find a real way to contact them. Nothing worked.
