Got a text about a loan I never asked for

I got a text message from someone named Alexis from Lendify. It said I was pre-approved for a $25,000 loan. I never applied for any loan from them, not at all.

The text came from the phone number (888) 479-6821. They said they're based in KY, USA. It just felt off getting a message like that out of the blue for something I didn't sign up for.
