Got a weird text about a loan approval I never asked for

I got a text message from someone named Daniel Schmidt. He said he’s with the lending department and was reaching out about my personal credit. The text said there was an update on my file and that based on current underwriting, they could move my approval forward. It told me to reach him directly at 833-588-3805. I never applied for anything with them. The whole thing felt off. I also saw another number associated with it: (502) 761-6696. I didn’t reply or call, but it’s annoying to get these random messages out of nowhere.
