Loan from Lending Tree took all my mother's money instead of giving it

My mother put in for a personal loan on the Lending Tree website. Then she got contacted by a Lending Tree email about it. They said she got the loan but instead of giving her the money they charged her debit account the whole amount. They withdrew all of her money from her personal bank.

Her bank said they cannot do anything about it. So now she owes them the $3000.00. She never got a dime from them. Just lost everything she had in there.
